- minimize portion size (Don't eat until you're full, eat until you're satisfied.)
- cut back on pasta and bread
- stay away from fried and processed foods
- eat plenty of whole grain foods
- drink plenty of water with lemons
- any type of probiotic drink
- plenty fruit and veggies
- little or NO alcohol consumption
- no sugary snacks
- little or NO coffee
- exercise 3 to 4 days a week for 45 minutes to an hour
- an hour long abdominal burn out session one day a week
- plenty of cardio
Practicing all or most of these things will shrink your belly very fast!
