How To Flatten That Belly

I am working very hard to flatten my belly.  So far I have lost 3 inches off of my waistline since May of this year.  I have had a few people ask what do I do to flatten my belly.  Here are a few of my best practices that may be beneficial to you:

  • minimize portion size (Don't eat until you're full, eat until you're satisfied.)
  • cut back on pasta and bread
  • stay away from fried and processed foods
  • eat plenty of whole grain foods
  • drink plenty of water with lemons
  •  any type of probiotic drink
  • plenty fruit and veggies
  • little or NO alcohol consumption
  • no sugary snacks
  • little or NO coffee 
  • exercise 3 to 4 days a week for 45 minutes to an hour
  • an hour long abdominal burn out session one day a week
  • plenty of  cardio

Practicing all or most of these things will shrink your belly very fast!
