Why PHIT Moms?

The word PHIT is a combination of PHENOMENAL AND FIT. I chose this term because you have to be an extraordinary woman to be a PHIT Mom. It takes hard work and dedication to commit to each and every aspect of your busy life including your health.

What's a Phit Mom

A Phit Mom is a phenomenal fit mother who takes pride in taking care of her business and maintaining good health. A Phit mom realizes that she has a very busy schedule but she always makes a way to fit in some time to herself. It is important to understand, that while you are busy working, running the kids to their youth activities, cooking, cleaning etc., it is just as important to take care of you. A Phit Mom recognizes that and that's why she is an amazing, fortified, healthy, fabulous, fierce, confident, and fit mom!!
