Weekly health tip

Minimize the carbs and maximize the veggies:  There is a saying that states "abs are made in the kitchen" and it is true. If you want to see the bulge disappear from your waist, you have to minimize the carbs. Incorporate 4-8 servings on fruit and veggies a day and see your belly shrink. If you are a bread eater, cut your intake down by half per day and watch for results. I'd suggest a regular exercise routine for an hour 3 to 4 days a week. Try this for a month and you're guaranteed to start losing that belly fat.
