Foods to avoid for that flat belly

 
This is a list of food/beverages that I rarely or never consume.  The results I achieved above came from discipline, rigorous exercise, and eliminating the following:
 
- Dairy (yogurt, cheese, milk)
 
- Meat (chicken, beef, pork, turkey)
 
-Alcohol
 
-Bread
 
-Sodas
 
-Juice
 
-Potatoes
 
-Pasta
 
-Chips/Candy
 
_ IT'S BEST TO REMOVE YOURSELF FROM PEOPLE AND SOCIAL INTERACTIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE YOU TO EAT/DRINK THINGS THAT YOU SHOULDN'T_
 
THE PEOPLE THAT RESPECT YOUR JOURNEY WILL UNDERSTAND.  YOU'LL EVENTUALLY GAIN THE STRENGTH TO BE IN THE PRESENCE OF FOOD/DRINKS THAT'S NOT GOOD FOR YOU. 
 
GAIN THE DISCIPLINE FIRST!
