A Phit Mom is a phenomenal fit mother who takes pride in taking care of her business and maintaining good health. A Phit mom realizes that she has a very busy schedule but she always makes a way to fit in some time to herself. It is important to understand, that while you are busy working, running the kids to their youth activities, cooking, cleaning etc., it is just as important to take care of you. A Phit Mom recognizes that and that's why she is an amazing, fortified, healthy, fabulous, fierce, confident, and fit mom!!
