Phit Moms it is time to put your fitness plans and goals in to place and get ready for a new year and a brand new YOU!! We will get started with MY 12 DAYS OF PhITness leading up to the New Year! Start training your mind, body, and soul for your new transition! As I have previously stated, "this is a lifestyle change" so let's get it in ladies!!
DAY 1: ON YOUR FIRST DAY OF PHITNESS TIME YOUR 2 MILES. Run, Jog, OR Walk 2 miles. However you choose, JUST DO IT AND FINISH! Make sure you have a good pair of light running shoes to prevent shin splints or pain in your knees. I currently run in a very light pair of Reeboks. Here is a pair that will work well for you.
