ON YOUR SECOND DAY OF PHITNESS do 100 squats. You can use a chair or anything that you can sit on and get right back up at a steady pace. You don't have to use anything, just make sure you keep your back straight and your feet planted firmly to the ground. If you want to challenge yourself you can use a pair of hand weights. I usually use 20 lb weights in each hand with my arms stretched down to the side. You can split it up in 4 sets of 25 throughout the day. Phit Moms have firm butts so get those reps in and feel that burn!
