Welcome back and happy new year!! I have been extremely busy so far this year. I just started Georgia State University this semester and my schedule is hectic. But thank you all for your patience with me.

I hope you all found my 12 days of Phitness helpful! I have stuck with my 4 day a week gym regimen and I am making major transformations with my body. If you haven't already, go purchase a juice maker. I have plenty of recipes to share. Post a comment if you have a good recipe also.
