Weekly health tip

Drink a glass of water with juice of 1/2 lemon every morning

Warm lemon water is beneficial for digestion, weight loss, clearing skin, boosting the immune system, and hydrating the lymph system.  In other words, drink warm lemon water! It has a huge amount of benefits as you can see.  It's a quick and simple task to implement every morning as soon as you wake up.
