Ingredients:
-1 cup spinach leaves or any dark leaf combination
-1/2 cup chick peas
-1 boiled egg
-beets
-mandarin oranges
-any light dressing of your choice (1 serving size goes on the salad)
-onions
This salad is very quick and storage is simple. Use small plastic bowls to store left over toppings. Make it easy to prepare your next salad.
