Weekly health tip

Discipline yourself and listen to your belly. 

Many of us eat to get full. In order to start seeing those belly flattening results you've worked for, that has to change. We eat to live and nourish our bodies.  When you eat, listen to your belly.  When you no longer feel hungry and your belly feels satisfied, STOP EATING. A flat belly is made in the kitchen. Lighten your load a little to see those results.
