Weekly health tip

Eat your berries.

Berries are antioxidants that help fight stress caused by free radicals. The stress also can lead to terminal illness. Berries help improve your health, skin, and they help fight diseases such as cancer.

Types of berries: strawberries, cranberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.

I usually juice my berries and consume them as a drink. Any type of consumption  is sufficient as long as the berries are fresh with no added sugars.
